At Bathroom Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation; if a product doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures or custom-cut items are not eligible for return due to safety and quality standards.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
